Green beans in tangy mustard sauce

Green beans

Olive oil, extra virgin
¼ cup
Dijon mustard
1 ½ tablespoons
Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon

Pepper, freshly ground

  1. Boil green beans in lightly salted water for about 5 minutes; drain. 
  2. In a bowl, whisk together oil, mustard, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. 
  3. Toss in cooked green beans. 
Great with a pan-seared bison steak!
