- In a large pan over medium-high heat, warm the oil.
- Add the ginger, garlic, and chili paste, and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add the beans, increase the heat to high, and add the oyster sauce.
- Stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes, until the beans are tender crisp and slightly charred.
- Deglaze the pan with the stock.
