Pan-fried apples

Apple, cored, thinly sliced

Butter
3 tablespoons
Sugar, brown
2 tablespoons
Cinnamon, ground
½ teaspoon
  1. In a heavy pan over medium-high heat, melt butter.
  2. Add sugar and cinnamon, and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Stir in the apple slices, and cook until tender.
  4. Slide onto a plate; serve immediately.
